Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Coder II, you will apply your senior-level expertise to meticulously code both inpatient and outpatient professional fee services across multiple specialties, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Every day you will review documentation to assign appropriate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 diagnosis codes. You will expertly resolve edits in work queues (charge review, claim edit, follow up), analyze denials for corrected claims or appeals, and collaborate with clinic supervisors, providers, and the Revenue Management team to resolve coding issues and questions, following applicable payer rules and guidelines.
