Coder I : This position performs day-to-day review, analysis and coding of patient records; codes diagnoses and operative procedures and reviews and analyzes the medical records of discharged patients. Performs other duties as assigned. Coder II : This position independently assigns ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes for diagnoses, procedures and other services; abstracts clinical data for reports and summaries.
