A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Coding Specialist. Key Responsibilities Perform medical record reviews and validate/assign ICD-10-CM diagnoses for Risk Adjustment Support coding/auditing work for retrospective risk adjustment and HHS-RADV initiatives Document coding discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams and providers to resolve coding issues Required Qualifications CRC certification (Certified Risk Adjustment Coder) required 3+ years of experience in Risk Adjustment coding (HCC) 3+ years of HHS-RADV coding and auditing experience Strong knowledge of CMS/HHS coding and documentation guidelines Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and lookups
