The Clinical Coder assesses the adequacy of medical record documentation to ensure that documentation supports the diagnosis, procedure, complications, and co-morbid conditions assigned codes. There is a possibility of a hybrid/remote schedule once trained. Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification and ICD 10 required. Experience in medical coding preferred but not required.
