Responsibilities Participate in the inpatient coding training program, as needed, which is well-established. In times of light training responsibilities, this position will perform retrospective inpatient coding reviews for DRG validation and compliance reviews. If you are an inpatient coder with a proven track record of excellent quality, this is an opportunity to advance your career as a retrospective inpatient coding auditor, possibly to include coder training.
