Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Reviews the documentation in the record to identify all pertinent facts necessary to select the comprehensive diagnoses and procedures that fully describe the patients conditions and treatment. Job Description Job Description 1. Education: Graduate of Health Information Management or similar coding course. Associate degree or higher preferred. Certified by American Health Information Management Association as CCS, or CCSP, RHIT, RHIA. 2.
