Experienced Outpatient Medical Record Coder Position Summary At Stony Brook Medicine, the Experienced Outpatient Medical Record Coder will be responsible for selecting and assigning accurate codes from the current version of coding systems including ICD-10 CM/PCS, CPT and HCPCS codes.
