Position Summary:  The Coding Manager plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant coding practices for this Texas based regional medical center. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of medical coding guidelines, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to quality and efficiency. The Manager will oversee the activities of all internal and external coders, ensuring they assign accurate and timely codes for all healthcare services provided.
