Medical Coder II Outpatient Job Summary: In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is also responsible for reviewing emergency, outpatient, and ambulatory medical records to identify elements to be abstracted, as well as diagnostic and procedure codes, and beginning to review inpatient records.
