Job Summary: Under supervision, is responsible for assigning accurate diagnosis and procedure codes to the patients health information records, for: Observation, Hospital Ambulatory Surgery, Complex Hospital Outpatient Visit {Cardiac Catheterization (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention) Lab, Interventional Radiology}, Emergency Departments, and other select OP records.
