Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PCM Billing Program Assistant to join our team for a temporary, 6-month assignment. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and billing support to ensure the smooth operation of the PCM program. You will be responsible for managing billing spreadsheets, preparing reports, and processing various billing and fraud-related tasks. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and experience working with office software, including Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the PCM program, including maintaining billing spreadsheets, Long Term Care Reports, MassHealth ineligible, and other related reports. Process and submit monthly PCM billing, download reports from HTSgo, investigate ineligible consumers, and follow up with PCM Skills Trainers as needed.
