Job Summary: The Medical Office Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of Erlanger Medical Group, Adult Outpatient Physical Therapy. Responsibilities will include supervising front office staff, coordinating physician office and call schedules, preparing and overseeing support staff schedule, oversight of the pre-cert/referral process and revenue cycle, ordering of medical and office supplies, posting and assistance with staff recruitment, accounts payable, oversight for staff recruitment / discipline / termination, patient correspondence, managing work queues, arranging various tasks for smooth and efficient operation of the practice. This position is involved in a team-based approach to care. Team members are trained to meet the highest level of function for their role as per the State of Tennessee/Georgia guidelines.
