Currently accepting Extern resumes for the position of coder/medical biller. This position will perform the following functions:
Review and verify chart coding and documentation
Submission of claims.
Posting remits
Working denials and appeals
Ability to discuss accounts with patients due to insurance denials.
Ability to perform coding/billing research as necessary.
Strong team player
Software used is ECW and prior knowledge is a plus.
Job is onsite in Huntsville, Al. - No Remote work.
Candidate will be mentored and trained by established Coder/Billing Manager at the practice.
