Job Description Job Description GENERAL SUMMARY: The Billing Follow-Up Specialist is responsible for participating in billing activities that involve the follow-up process for denied claims, coding errors, and other issues. Additionally, the Billing Follow-Up Specialist monitors the department's incoming materials (mail, deliveries, etc.) and seeing to day-to-day tasks of the greater billing department.
