Overview Blood Bank Supervisor / Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the blood bank. This includes ensuring the safe and efficient collection, testing, processing, storage, and distribution of blood products. The position also involves managing laboratory staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and collaborating with medical professionals to ensure the availability of blood products for patient care.
Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of medical technologists, technicians, and laboratory assistants in the blood bank.
