Medical CoderThe medical coder is responsible for analyzing clinical documentation to assign and/or validate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and CPT codes for a variety of hospital encounters. The coder will ensure that medical records are coded in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with established coding guidelines.
