Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Analyzes physician/provider documentation contained in assigned Emergency Department (ED) and Outpatient Observation health records (electronic, paper or hybrid) to determine the principal diagnosis, secondary diagnoses, principal procedure and secondary procedures.
