POSITION SUMMARY The Medical Assistant Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a clinical site, ensuring efficient and profitable service delivery. This role supervises both clinical and non-clinical support staff, coordinates with providers and departments, and manages patient flow and related systems to maintain a safe, positive environment. Additionally, the supervisor is required to fulfill all responsibilities associated with the roles of Associate Medical Assistant, Medical Assistant, and Senior Medical Assistant.
