Inpatient Lead Coder - Remote Assigns appropriate codes to reflect all diagnoses and procedures extrapolated from physician and appropriate nursing documentation during a patient encounter according to the most current coding methodologies, including ICD-10-CM/PCS, resulting in appropriate reimbursement.
