Job Summary Reviews medical record documentation and diagnostic results to assign appropriate ICD-10-CM/PCS and HCPCS codes for billing, internal and external reporting, and compliance with the Official Coding Guidelines for Coding and Reporting, payer regulations, and hospital policy.
