Certified Inpatient Coder Full time Inpatient Coder position responsible for coding inpatient discharges, review medical record documentation to abstract data and assign accurate ICD-10 diagnosis(es) and procedure codes (PCS). Works closely with the CDI Team for clinical documentation to support code assignment. We're seeking a Certified Inpatient Coder to join our Revenue Excellence team and help support accurate, ethical coding and reimbursement. What You'll Do: Review inpatient medical records to assign accurate diagnoses and procedure codes. Apply MS-DRG, APR-DRG, POA, SOI, ROM, HAC, and PSI indicators.
