Certified Inpatient Coder Full time Inpatient Coder position responsible for coding inpatient discharges, review medical record documentation to abstract data and assign accurate ICD-10 diagnosis(es) and procedure codes (PCS). Works closely with the CDI Team for clinical documentation to support code assignment.
