Responsibilities : Pena4 M edical Coders are responsible for accurately assigning ICD-10-CM/PCS diagnosis and CPT procedure codes for inpatient and outpatient hospital services. This role ensures coded data is complete, compliant, and supports appropriate reimbursement, quality reporting, and regulatory requirements.
