Summary The Medical Coder is responsible for reviewing clinical documentation and assigning accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for services rendered across all clinic sites. This role ensures coding accuracy, compliance with federal and payer-specific regulations, and supports timely, clean claim submission within eClinicalWorks (eCW).
