Perform daily review of coded inpatient medical records to validate principal diagnosis, secondary diagnoses and principal procedure sequencing and code assignment. Provide feedback relating to corrections to coders and practice leaders. The Medical Coder Auditor will collaborate with practice leaders, CBO manager, Compliance Officer, providers and other coders regarding discrepancies.
