Facility Medical Coder II - Remote Position, Must Reside in South Carolina Assigns appropriate ICD and CPT codes for reimbursement and statistical purposes. Follows ICD, CPT, CMS, and other regulatory coding guidelines. Abstracts clinical information from medical records for complete and accurate statistical documentation.
