Job Title Collaborates with the Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) team to ensure consistency and completeness of clinical records. Effectively manages time and workload to meet both productivity and accuracy standards. Collaborates with Coding team members to ensure coding is completed within two days of patient discharge. Accurately and efficiently completes coding assignments across multiple facilities within established timeframes. Communicates coding-related issues that may affect claims processing, coding accuracy, or compliance with the Coding Management Team.
