Coding Position Overview Apply the appropriate diagnosis and/or procedure codes to individual patient health information for data retrieval, analysis, and claim processing for Facility outpatient accounts, facility-based procedural coding and physician practice specialty/surgical coding. Code assignment should be done in accordance to coding and reimbursement guidelines with minimal errors.
