Job Description Job Description Description: Position Summary We are seeking an experienced E/M Orthopedic Surgery Coder for a fully remote position in the United States. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of professional medical coding experience, strong expertise in Evaluation & Management (E/M) and orthopedic surgery coding, and hands-on experience with the MEDITECH platform. Graduation and a valid professional coding certification are mandatory requirements for this position. Key Responsibilities · Review medical records and physician documentation to accurately assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes. · Perform accurate E/M coding based on medical decision-making and/or time, as supported by documentation. · Code orthopedic physician and surgical services, including office visits, procedures, fracture care, injections, arthroscopy, and post-operative services. · Apply appropriate CPT modifiers and understand global surgical package requirements. ·...
