Outpatient Surgery Coder Location: Remote Role Overview This position involves the review, analysis, and assignment of codes based on appropriate coding guidelines for outpatient medical record documentation. The primary responsibilities include coding for Outpatient Surgery, Wound Care, and Observation to ensure correct assignment of ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 HCPCS codes. Key Responsibilities Assign diagnosis and surgical codes using the 3M CAC 360 system to patient records in accordance with UHDDS coding guidelines.
