Job Description The Coder II reviews outpatient records and accurately assigns appropriate ICD-10-CM or CPT-4 codes according to established guidelines with 97% accuracy rate, while maintaining coding standards for productivity. This position follows up on outstanding unbilled accounts on a regular basis. This position does not have excessive re-bills.
