Job Title: Coding Specialist Supervisor Location: Remote Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $25/Hrs. Key Responsibilities: Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and modifier codes. Review medical records for coding accuracy and billing compliance. Handle coding edits, denials, and rebilling support. Supervise coding staff and monitor productivity/QA. Support new hire training and team development. Manage claim assignments in AthenaNet. Maintain production reports and group goals. Participate in client meetings and compliance training. Required Skills & Experience: AAPC CPC Certification (active for last 3+ years). 7+ years of medical coding experience. Hands-on experience with AthenaNet. Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, medical terminology, anatomy, and Medicare guidelines.
