Help caller with any questions or concerns they may have./liliRemain current regarding federal, state, hospital, interdepartmental and third-party carriers including managed care, HCFA rules and regulations. Adheres to current guidelines./liliMaintain the dignity of the patient and keep confidential all patient, office and hospital information./liliWork cooperatively with the office staff and other members of the health care team and ancillary hospital departments./liliContribute and facilitate others in team efforts to continuously improve department functions./liliMake appropriate suggestions dealing with any area of the department and follow up on outcomes./liliOrganize and execute work assignments with little or no direct supervision./liliCommunicate information (written, verbal, electronic) that is timely, clear, and to the appropriate individuals.
