Job Description: The Medical Technologist Supervisor is responsible and accountable for overseeing all functions and activities for specific shift(s) or specific department(s) and for the accurate and timely performance of technical procedures in accordance with all current regulatory and accreditation standards. You must demonstrate excellent technical skills, excellent critical thinking skills, communication, and customer service skills.
