JOB DUTIES:
- Creating and generating machine learning models using application of principles, theories, concepts and technologies to optimize B2B prospect campaign.
- Embedding propensity scores on marketing leads for OTM, EM or D2D campaigns.
- Working continuously with the marketing, sales and IT teams to fine tune the models and bring in changes real-time.
- Managing policies and procedures in support of strategic objectives by maintaining an up-to-date documentation and a repository of machine learning models.
- Forming initiatives to create data pipelines for real time feeds to enhance models and explore new sources of data such as GPS, web search and historical sales data to enhance the models.
- Communicating to leadership on active data science findings, efforts, actions and results.
- Translating business requirements and working with IT to build datasets required for analysis.
- Defining and driving the analytics strategy and modeling approaches.
- Driving the adoption of analytics in decision making.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Masters degree in computer studies preferred

Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities with supervision.
