The Medical Assistant Supervisor provides clinical and operations oversight for Medical Assistants across multiple locations. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with day-to-day coordination to support strong patient outcomes and efficient workflows. The supervisor reports to the Clinical Manager, works closely with providers, and ensures compliance with industry standards.

This position requires a full range of body motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk, and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
Work is performed in a typical medical clinic and/or business office environment. Work in a clinical setting has the potential for exposure to blood and bodily fluids and infectious pathogens. Must be able to use protective equipment as required.
