Overview
Responsible for supervision of staff in the respective modality and includes staffing, Kronos, performing annual reviews, disciplinary actions, new hires training and orientation. Will also perform all duties of the staff technologist. Will cover inpatient Echo procedures and Transesophageal procedures. This position coordinates preventative maintenance, service calls and documents the necessary statistics for accreditation.
Responsibilities
Supervise staff in the respective modality; manage staffing, scheduling in Kronos, annual reviews, disciplinary actions, and onboarding of new hires.
Perform all duties of the staff technologist as needed.
Cover inpatient Echo procedures and Transesophageal procedures.
Coordinate preventative maintenance and service calls; maintain documentation for accreditation requirements.

Qualifications
Education Requirements
2 year/Associate Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of an Associate Degree
Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for the role.
