Compliance Auditor

The Compliance Auditor conducts mock purchases at various store and restaurant locations to evaluate employee adherence to ID verification procedures for age-restricted products like cigarettes, tobacco vape products, nicotine pouches, and beer. This role involves frequent travel between locations (mileage is paid) to monitor compliance, document findings using mobile apps and paper forms, and report results to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mock purchases to assess compliance with age verification policies
• Verify if store employees request customer IDs before completing sales
• Document audit results using mobile applications and paper forms
• Compile and submit compliance reports to Store Managers
• Collect data on employee performance during audits
• Perform periodic store audits across multiple locations requiring frequent travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in compliance auditing
• Valid Driver's License
