You see it and think about out-of-network reimbursement strategy, modifier stacking, payer disputes, and getting every dollar the claim is entitled to. That's a rare skill — and we're looking for exactly that person. We're a Dallas-based Consulting Firm that needs an Experience Medical Coder for an ongoing project. We need someone who can step in, understand the operation quickly, and start contributing. AT A GLANCE Job Type Contract-to-Hire (Full-Time hours) — goal is permanent placement Specialty: Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) — Out-of-Network billing focus Location: Dallas, TX — on-site to start; remote flexibility after onboarding Pay Range: $54,000 – $66,500/year | Negotiable based on experience & certifications Start Date: Immediately — we are not in "eventually hiring" mode Texas-Based: Preferred — must be able to come in-office during initial onboarding WHAT YOU'LL DO Code and submit claims for intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) services using appropriate CPT codes (95940, 95941, G0453 and related) Manage out-of-network billing, including payer negotiations, appeals, and reimbursement follow-up Work with the team to establish and optimize billing workflows from day one Identify and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and payer disputes Ensure compliance with payer-specific billing requirements and OON reimbursement rules Maintain accurate documentation and support auditing processes as needed YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU: Have direct, hands-on experience coding and billing for IONM / intraoperative neuromonitoring services — this is non-negotiable Understand out-of-network billing at a working level: claims, appeals, payer contracts, and reimbursement disputes Hold a CPC, CCS, CPMA, or equivalent certification (preferred — but if your experience speaks louder, tell us that) Are Texas-based or willing to be on-site in Dallas for the onboarding period before transitioning to remote Are available to start quickly — this is not a pipeline role Work independently, stay organized under pressure, and don't need constant hand-holding Company Description EGRAB HR Partners (EGRAB Services) is dedicated to simplifying Human Resources processes for small and mid-sized businesses.
