Overview
Oversees the Visit Operations Associate team responsible for coordinating and scheduling Advance Practice Clinicians and Medical Assistants for in‑home and virtual visits across multiple programs. Ensures operational efficiency, staff performance, and service quality to support the Medical Care at Home's (MCAH) strategic goals. Provides direct oversight, coaching, and workflow management to meet visit volume targets and maintain high standards of patient and provider support.

What You Will Do
Supervise Visit Operations Associates, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Ensure appropriate staffing and coverage to meet daily operational needs.
Lead team meetings and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate and track monthly Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Medical Assistant (MA) availability.
Oversee daily scheduling workflows, outreach activities, and provider routing to ensure timely and efficient visit coordination.
Monitor productivity reports, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to address performance or operational issues.
Develop and implement procedures to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate in setting productivity standards and participate in quality assurance programs for business operations.
Provide feedback and ensure staff meet established productivity benchmarks.
Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues, resolving barriers and communicating with AVP and clinical leadership.
Collaborate with clinical teams to align visit logistics with provider availability, geographic coverage, and patient needs.
Participate in strategic planning and special projects to support MCAH program growth and innovation.
Prepare and analyze operational reports to support decision‑making and performance tracking.
Ensure compliance with documentation standards, EMR protocols, and patient confidentiality requirements.
Perform all duties inherent in a supervisory role, including staff training, interviewing candidates, evaluating performance, and recommending hiring, promotions, salary actions, and terminations as appropriate.
Engage in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Work Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical office operations, or scheduling required
Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred
Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Experience in home‑based care or mobile health services preferred
Pay Range
USD $66,300.00 - USD $72,000.00 /Yr.
