Medical/Surgical Coder
100% Remote
W2
USC/GC

Compiles and keeps medical records of patients of health care delivery system to document patient condition and treatment.
Checks medical records for completeness and to abstract and code clinical data, such as diseases, operations, procedures, and therapies, using standard classification systems.3-5 years of experience

Notes:
Surgical coder multispecialty, oncology preferred
5 years exp in multispecialty
CPC cert
Only codes major surgeries so they are very complex
