Pay Range: $17-$18/hour Express Employment is seeking a Medical Biller/Coder to join our client's team. Key Responsibilities • Assign CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes for dermatology procedures; ensure accurate and compliant documentation
• Submit claims and monitor status; follow up on denials, rejections, and unpaid claims
• Resolve billing discrepancies and communicate with insurance companies and patients
• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits as needed
• Post payments, reconcile accounts receivable, support audits, and maintain HIPAA compliance
Required Qualifications - Experience with medical billing and coding, preferably in dermatology or a specialty clinic.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems and billing software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
