Job Summary: Following established conventions and guidelines, codes and abstracts the medical records of the diverse population of ER records with facility E&M levels. Meets departmental accuracy and production standards.
Requirements:
1. One to three years of experience.
2. Education associate's degree preferred Health Information Management, Health Information Technology or any related field.
3. Certifications required CCS, CPC, RHIA or RHIT
