What You'll Do:
- Conduct Internal Audits: Support lead consultants by performing internal audits for both initial implementations and ongoing client support.
- Assess & Document Compliance: Review client documentation, evaluate management systems, and conduct audits to prepare clients for certification audits.
- Support ISO Implementations: Assist in developing, refining, and improving client processes aligned with ISO standards.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance audit processes and client outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- Education & Certification:
- Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems required
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification preferred, not required
- Additional certifications (ISO 27001, AS9100, ISO 13485) are a plus
- Experience:
- Required:
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Hands-on experience working with processes, systems, or compliance-driven environments (e.g., manufacturing, quality, IT systems, or regulated industries)
- Preferred:
- Direct experience supporting or maintaining ISO 9001 systems
- Experience participating in or supporting internal audits
- Working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CMMC, or similar information security frameworks
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of process improvement and system-based thinking
- Ability to assess processes, identify gaps, and document findings clearly
- Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001 required; ISO 27001, AS9100, or ISO 13485 a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously

- Backgrounds in manufacturing, IT systems, quality, or compliance
- Comfortable working with both documentation and real-world processes
