Job Summary:
As a Compliance Auditor/Analyst, you will perform audits to measure compliance with regulations, policies, procedures, workflow and other applicable requirements for ProMedica.
You will identify clinical risks, documentation errors, lost revenue opportunities, overpayments and insufficient medical record documentation. You will assess control weaknesses and make recommendations for improvement.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree or RN preferred
Experience with chart review/analysis (such as utilization review, discharge planning, peer/quality reviews, etc.)
CHC Certified
Salary Range: $41,600 - $121,368
