Hiring: Specialty Physician Coders (100% Remote – California Only) Title : OP Ancillary/Physician Coder | Senior Specialty Physician Coder - Interventional | Specialty Physician Coders We are hiring multiple Profee Coders with strong specialty experience in Interventional Radiology (IR), Cardiology, and Radiology . These roles are fully remote (CA-based candidates only) with potential for long-term/full-time conversion. Key Requirements: • Profee coding ONLY (Outpatient/Physician coding – no HCC/ASC/facility coding) • Minimum 3–5+ years coding experience • Epic experience required (charge entry, charge review, submission) • Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS • CPC, CCS or equivalent certification ( CIRCC/CCC preferred based on specialty ) Specialty Expertise Needed: • Interventional Radiology (IR): Deep, hands-on IR coding (must work independently, no training) • Cardiology: Cath lab, cardiac surgery, E/M (inpatient & outpatient), critical care • Radiology: Diagnostic radiology coding, bundling rules, charge capture Core Skills: • Strong charge capture & chart abstraction skills • Experience handling denials & missing charges • Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
