Summary:
The Coder - Home Care role is responsible for determining the appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes. This role identifies and abstracts other data as requested for reporting and performance improvement.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: AHCC Home Care Coding Specialist - Diagnosis (HCS-D) Certification preferred.
3. Experience: Two years of coding experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
