Secondary insurance billing
HMO billing experience
Knowledge of timely filing requirements
Follow up on claims with carriers, including appealing denied claims if necessary
Posting insurance and patient payments
Calls to patients with outstanding balances
Professional and enthusiastic demeanor
Excellent grammar and spelling
