About the Role
We’re looking for a Vibecoder / Systems Builder to help us design, build, and iterate on internal and enterprise applications using AI-first tools like Lovable and modern large language tools.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is:
Comfortable working with AI, not just talking about it
Creative, curious, and free-thinking
Excited to help shape how an entire company uses technology
What You’ll Do
Build and iterate on internal and client-facing tools using AI-assisted development platforms (e.g., Lovable)
Craft, test, and refine AI prompts for real enterprise use cases
Help support all technical needs across the company (apps, workflows, automations, tooling)
Collaborate directly with leadership on rapid prototypes and new ideas
Assist with security-minded architecture, access controls, and data handling
Think creatively about how AI can replace or enhance traditional software workflows
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience using AI tools and prompt engineering
Hands-on familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, and/or Claude (preferred)
Cybersecurity awareness or experience is highly valued (SOC-minded thinking, secure data handling, access control concepts)
Coding experience is a plus, but not required
Comfortable learning quickly and operating with minimal hand-holding
Creative, independent thinker who enjoys experimenting
College degree not required, but a plus
Nice to Have
Experience with No-code / low-code tools
Automation platforms (Zapier, APIs, integrations)
Internal tools or enterprise systems
Personal or side projects involving AI or system building
Security & Responsibility
This role will have access to client financial data and internal systems, so a strong sense of responsibility, security awareness, and discretion are essential.
