Role overview: You will code surgical procedures directly, ensuring accuracy in ICD-10 and CPT-4 assignment while adhering to national standards.
Key responsibilities: + Abstract clinical and demographic info + Identify diagnoses with minimal error + Maintain 95% coding accuracy + Record procedures and obtain missing info from providers + Update coding procedures + Surgical coding experience preferred
